Can I see the design preview?

Yes, we will email you your design, showing you the hand-drawn outline created from the picture uploaded via our website.

If we do not hear back from customers in 24 hours with any changes, we will process the garment as usual with the design as shown to avoid any production and delivery delays.

When will I receive my order?

Our standard processing time typically ranges from 4-7 business days.

Please remember that the shipping period doesn't include the time it takes for your order to be delivered after leaving our studio.

If you have a specific deadline, leave a note in your shopping cart, and we'll do our best to meet it. We usually ship within (4 - 7 business days), but during busy times, it might take up to 2 weeks. Your order confirms your understanding of these time frames.

Please consider our processing times, especially for special occasions. Order in advance to ensure your items arrive on time.

What size should I order?

All our products are unisex and relaxed fit. If you want a wearable-oversized fit, go with your usual size. If you're looking for an extra cosy, more dramatically oversized fit, size up.

All the products include a detailed size chart, so please check the measurements carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to reach out if you are still unsure!
